Inspect boat

Inside the boat, there are two oars and your backpack which was filled with sealed bottles of water and a couple cans of preserved food that you managed to sneak out of your mom’s house in preparation for today. When you pick up your bag to stuff your sheet into it, you notice a small hole towards the front of the boat. The wood was rotted through in that spot. It seemed to have been sitting directly underneath a steady drip from above. What do you do?
